Pancakes with cottage cheese accompanied by Greek yogurt, blueberries and honey: a recipe for a delicious, easy breakfast full of good protein. 🥞🍯🫐
Ingredients for two servings:

1 Cup Cottage Cheese.

2 Eggs.

2 tablespoons of honey.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

1 Cup of flour.

1 teaspoon baking powder.

¼ Teaspoon of salt.

¼ Cup of milk.
Optional for decoration:

¼ Cup of natural Greek yogurt.

¼ Cup blueberries.

1 tablespoon of honey.
Preparation:

Mix the cottage cheese, eggs and honey until everything is well combined.

Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir and add the vanilla extract.

Finally, add the milk. If your mixture seems too thick, you can add a little more.

In a hot pan, add ⅓ cup of the mixture. Let it brown on both sides.

Serve and decorate with your favorite toppings.
