- PAYMENT REVERSAL REQUEST
FORM DEJAMU SUBACHOQUE S.A.S. guarantees your right to request a reversal of payments associated with the purchase of products offered on our website www.dejamu.co, when said payments have been made through electronic payment instruments, provided that you find yourself in any of the following situations: 1. When you have been the victim of fraud. 2. When the transaction corresponds to an unsolicited transaction. 3. When you have not received the service. 4. When the service we provide you does not correspond to what you requested, does not meet its inherent characteristics, or does not meet the characteristics attributed to it by the information we provide you about it.
To make the reversal effective, you must submit your complaint using this form within five (5) business days following the date you became aware of the circumstance giving rise to the reversal based on the aforementioned reasons.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 51 of Law 1480 of 2011 and Article 2.2.2.51.12 of Decree 587 of 2016, it is our duty to inform you that in the event of a dispute between you and us arising from a complaint regarding a payment reversal and this is resolved by a judicial or administrative authority in our favor, the issuer of the payment instrument, together with the other participants in the payment process, once notified of the decision and whenever possible, will definitively charge the disputed transaction to your payment instrument or debit your checking or savings account to make that money available to us. If there are insufficient funds or it is not possible to do so for any other reason, the participants in the payment process will inform us so that we can initiate the actions we deem appropriate against you. It is also our duty to inform you that the bad faith exercise of this right may result in the imposition of sanctions against you.
